Have you watched too many Ben vlogs when the finger puppetry while driving starts making perfect sense? Every little finger wiggle & hand bite fits precisely with the music & scenery! So funny how you always say you're not prepared for running or whatever, and then smash it, because you're basically fit from everything else you do. The footing on that rocky trail looked tricky and, sped-up, even a bit scary. I'm sure it would be fine, though, at normal speed. I'd love to run it someday. Thanks for another great vlog!

When you boil your eggs. The easy way to get the shells off easily is to take them and after 5 minutes put them into the freezer for 15 minutes. The shell and the inner membrane will separate from the egg and they come off so easily and quickly. No picking them apart. I use Organic Sea Salt. It too has all the micro minerals you need.

I spend most days of my week either power walking, hiking, trail running and mountain biking around the mountain ranges in Cape Town. Then on a body board catching waves at some of our fine beaches. Tell Nicole there is an easier way for pealing eggs, a hole one side and one a bit larger in the other end, then blow in the smaller end and the egg should just pop out with all the shell in one piece bit the egg separate and clean.

I did half my A levels, dropped out then did sports science at college, didn't go to uni because I was busy kayaking twice a day trying to get to the Olympics! Then I never knew what I should study anyway because I didn't know what I wanted to do! I just did what made me happy, kayaking then film making :)
