I have this phone and it's amazing! You can shoot with wide-angle (go-pro style) lens and you also have a stabilizer steady function. You can shoot amazing steady shots with this phone, I use it for vlogging every day! 😃

Hey Darius, can you suggest me the best bang for money smartphone for video recording ? I want to record talking head videos. No moving. Just stationary. I'm just looking for the best phones which can record at 1080 30/60fps. Also has 4k option. Don't want any technical problems like autofocus sensitive or grainy. Should i go for smartphone or a budget dslr camera ?

I had few mirroless cameras and some decent compact VLOGGING camera's but from my experience. Smartphones offers a lot more for the money. Especially if you get one with telephoto lens. Also dynamic range is a lot better on a phone because of software. So far my favourite devices is Samsung galaxy NOTE 20 ultra. Quality is just amazing

Pricier than some decent dslr camera out there. Edit : i had my eyes on xiaomi redmi note 10 pro but unfortunately it doesn't support external microphone input.

REDMI NOTE 10 pro is a pretty decent device. However stabilization is only ok. What about used Samsung galaxy s20 Fe ?

@@DariuszTech Can you suggest anything else? I prefer new phones than used ones. Correct me if I'm wrong..telephoto is for softing/blurring the background and EIS is for video stabilization. Right ? I think don't need both of these features because for my background I will use green screen animation and i have a tripod. I won't move around. Just sit and talk.

4k generally translates as highly-detailed, crisp, and cleaner-looking video than 1080p, especially when played on a 4k monitor. Yes you can change this in video settings 🙂 To be honest stabilization it's pretty good for the price of this phone.

In terms of camera they are very similar but I think a52 can shoot better video's and it has 4k selfie video. If you want excellent performance you should pick Poco F3. By the way I made a video comparison between Poco F3 and a52.

It depends on that you are photograph. For landscape I always use ultra wide angle with grid lines for better composition. For portrait use (wide angle or portrait mode)

Samsung Galaxy a51 is one of my favourite midrange devices but a52 beats a51 in terms of stabilization especially now after all the software updates 😊

I like to film while doing things, and Im kind of disappointed because the poor performance. If you want quality, you loose stabilization and vice virsa. My 2018 Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro used to take excellent videos with very good stabilization
