There are nothing with Epica what were ealier, new song used style, two vocal layers operatic soprano and contemprary head voice, yes it sweet but for one time to listen. Simone has fine voice with poor delivering, she is not for open stage she is for studio She was so constrained on stage and constrained in her movements for 20 years, and she is the same here. Sweet? Yes, angelic voice? Yes, but she doesn't hold your attention or interest. Two or three songs and you start yawning. And when Mark starts straining like in a toilet, like squeezing out a growl, that's the end, I turn him off right away.

@@sergeiivanovich6827 Ah... a Nightwish fan. No question, Floor is the better technician for sure, has far more tools in her toolbox and can have as much emotional content... truly stellar. But Simone's voice is without equal when she's being a Disney Princess. And her belts are fair. Even though she doesn't have great breath control, taking breaths when she shouldn't, Epica's beautiful songs when they make use of her gorgeous voice make it all worth it. I LOVE their ballads. AND, my wife is a super Nightwish fan and so am I.

I had the fantastic privilege of being at both AFAS shows and i still get goosebumps every single time i watch back this song. The staging, the lighting, the orchestra, and the inclusion of the child choir made the song just so incredible to experience it moved me to tears and after the shows had concluded this was the one song i just couldn't stop playing in my head. But it's not the quality of a song that counts, but rather who the artist is, who produced the garbage and how much of it was consumed for a fee. Based purely on quality criteria, hardly any Grammy winner would have deserved the award. But miracles happen again and again
