I remember we had a guy that arrived in a week before his appointment with us in our unit. Me not my partner had it in us to let him down so we said nothing and went ahead. We opened the car and it was in a similar state to the one video’d but only after we’d taken a snow shovel to the red bull cans that had replaced any carpets or floor mats! Not to mention the fact it was a bit of a ganja wagon 😵💫We’d had a really bad customer that day previous too but we knew that a massive transformation could be had for this client in particular. We spent until 4 in the morning completely turning his little 106 back to as close to factory as we could get it. The smile when he arrived the next morning was worth every hour. You’d thought he had won the lottery or a new Ferrari or something. Just thought I’d share that wee story with you bud, just reminded me of that day seeing that car.

Most mobile outlets would boast that they could detail this whole car in one morning. If they say so then that's fine, hats off to them. I was given a lovely '66-plate Zafira Tourer last month and it was full of sand, spilt milk, sweets, dog hair, seat stains, and there are hidden crevices everywhere and loads more dirt exposed each time one seat was moved. The whole car took me 3 and a half days to complete, of which 2 days and then 4 hours were spent just doing the interior which looked great in the end, but OMG those sticky black cheap carpets......

Keep ‘em coming please, love your videos and looking forward to the next one 😃 P.S. Don’t know if you knew this already but a tub of white vinegar left in the car overnight will neutralise bad odours (especially kiddy/doggy sick). Hello YUM INTERIOR is a 4 in 1 so it's one of these best products out there to clean leather. Totally safe, smells stunning and sadly when filming I can fit everything in so pick the best products to save time 🙏

Hi beany. Totally agree with Dave. I would add only add that you shouldn't use any products on steering wheel, mats, and pedals that contain moisturisers/dressings that are likely to leave a greasy residue on the surface - for safety reasons. I use a multipurpose cleaner only on the steering wheel, etc. Meguiars APC (7:1) or Bilt Hamber Surfex HD (diluted 10:1).

Epic ! One question dave,say i would use the AG resin polish,then apply yum ceramic,how long do I have to wait till I can apply yum wax ?
@epicautomotivedetailing2 жыл бұрын
I applied straight after mate. For wax I'd leave it a bit to work it's magic

February? Bloody hell Dave, how long does it take you to edit and upload a vid 😂😂. Top entertaining vid as always 👏

Yeah last few days of Feb this was filmed. Takes about 2-3 days but bare in mind I'm juggling a detailing business, KZbin business and a family so it's bit crazy plus I'm Filming a TV show at the moment so time is quite limited sadly. But more regular videos coming soon
