The amount of load Gukesh is handling now is commendable ... He is not good in fast chess .. but still he participate even after winning candidate recently and he pushing himself UP ..and surviving in top players of world ... He is going to be no.1 in few years ..mark my words The Defence against Magnus is fabulous ..

@@rana_partap123 gukesh recent win in Fide has little to no value. Any of the top 5 could have won on another day. You must be Indian to make such inept statement. Gukesh is nowhere near the level of Chess understanding of Magnus. Gukesh is simply a disciplined calculator that minimizes risks and strives to make no error but he falls apart quickly if not in a classical format chess where time is plentiful. Has Magnus has said, The current Fide format does not determine the best chessplayer. Giving plenty of time only leads to boring chess game were players focuses on no error and seek draws. The only fresh air player in Fide this year was Firouzja whose demolition of Gukesh in the 1st game was as beautiful as it was spectacular. Now that is a dynamic.agressive chess style that deserve a lot more fan.
