I'm not sure if you can find the product in Canada. You could always E-mail Mountain house and ask. The big issue with sending food to Canada is that it requires special packaging since it must have French on the package in addition to English. I know a dealer who tried to send MH diced chicken up there and didn't know about the restrictions and the shipment was destroyed by customs in Canada. He lost over $2,000 with that mistake...

The French are only 20% of the population here in Canada, and are a PITA for the rest of us on so many levels. The label issue is a good example; imagine having to read all labels in tiny font because of the 2 language issue! As you said, many American manufacturers (or those from any other country) simply don't want the hassle of duplicating labels, and understandably so. For us in Vancouver, we use a post office in Blaine Washington for shipping, then drive down and pick up there. Anyone not so close to the Canada/USA border is SOL (which, ironically, includes most of the French).

I haven't tried anything you sell (mostly because I am in Canada and work in a grocery store) but that Chili is something I would definitely eat.

Forgot to mention, too, that the stuff I fed her was from my stash that I ordered TEN YEARS ago, and it was just as good as the day it was "born". The only Mountain House item that I DON'T like and I think is absolutely too disgusting to eat are the Pilot Crackers! YUCK! A little ...well A LOT, actually, of peanut butter makes them EDIBLE, but not for long. After a while, that strange taste seeps thru even the heartiest PB you put on there.

Really? OK, let me hum this one: Come and knock on our door. We've been waiting for you. Where the kisses are hers and hers and his, Three's company too. Come and dance on on our floor. Take a step that is new. We've a loveable space that needs your face, Three's company too. You'll see that life is a frolic and laughter is calling for you. Down at our rendez-vous, Three's company, too! Bah!

Im beginning to think the chic that drives the forklift dents a couple cans every load so the warehouse has a steady supply of lunch.
