Hey Will. Thank you for these musings. I think of these past few years of my life as a struggle between monotonous complacency and grueling self-discovery. I've been committing more time to meaningful socialization, creativity, and travel. I still don't know what I want at the end of it all, but I'm trying to live more joyfully until I figure that out. It has been inspiring to see the glimpses I have of your own adventures. Next week I'll be setting off on my second annual autumn(-ish) road trip! Wish me luck :)

Great video. Did you do a video on how you made money since you left your job?

Hey Will! As always you are such an inspiration to me. I hear your message tho I feel like Corporate America quit me really and since, I've been unable to work however I'm taking care of someone that I love and that's my vocation now tho we're living on the edge and aI haven't really made the time to grow in the ways I thought I wanted to. But your inspiration is why I continue to support you and will continue in my small way and I wish you the best thanks so much for your gifts. Keep sharing@ I look forward to seeing your next adventure!

Thank you for this video. It is very inspiring. I will be turning 58 in 18 days. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Haha. I'm pretty much a jack-of-all-trades at this point in my life. I don't mind working at all. I just don't want to have a "job" working for corporate America anymore and having to punch a time clock.

You are very welcome. We get older and become very conscious of time and how we expend it. There is a wonderful depth to being a jack-of-all-trades. It causes a cross pollination to everything. Da Vinci was a jack of all trades.

It takes regular people working regular jobs work 5-7 days a week to keep our society running. We can't all just quit and live like you.

This is a very fair comment and very true. I did that for more than twenty years. This was right for me. The world needs both types of people It needs people that keep the wheels of the world running on a daily basis. And it also needs people that adventure out and take risks, do new things, expand our bubble, start new companies, have new ideas, make mistakes.

Why be so negative/rude? What is the point? I don't recall him suggesting that everyone SHOULD or MUST follow his same path. In fact, I think it was the opposite. Spending your time mindfully and in a way you're proud of is always a great thing.
