I found the dr-3c and went nah this isn't worth it. I found a 5 move dr-3c2e which was frustratingly close to giving a 9 or 10 move EO. I thought I found a couple 3 movers and a lot of 4 movers on a3. They didn't work. I'm putting it down to it being 1:30am.

for scram 1 did you know it would be worth it do leave s slice first before seeing the way to leave m slice or were you just stuck on the scram

the part that the HTR finish connects to is the F2 D2 L2 B on normal, which means that it's pretty likely that leaving an S slice could leave a +1 to solve
