Sorry, had to spend some time with my mother. But I did show this to my mother and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She asked me why do I enjoy watching these videos and I told her it’s because I remember watching my grandfather work in his shop so many years ago, it brings back wonderful memories. I can't get over the sheer number of drawers in this shop. And you built every single one of them. You are a master craftsman! The art speaks for itself, but what I truly love and respect from you Jason, is the fact that you don't take 'short cuts'...and you are prepared to use hand tools to demonstrate that making such beautiful items is within the reach of anyone even with basic woodworking skills...if they watch you closely enough! You are really showing those 'lazy bums' out there, that there is NO EXCUSE not to have something nice! The wood some would regard as fire wood...but when you applied fire, you turned it into something durable, functional and beautiful! Thank you for sharing!

I have been waiting for what seems like another ice age for this next vid. I had my comment scripted to a T before it even dropped. After all everything you make is on another level entirely so how wrong could I get it. I can't stand that Japanese burnt effect but somehow you make it look absolutely magnificent, the end product is the epitome of thought, design, art, skill, patience, experimentation and function.
