I'm going to have to go with the level 1 chef because (to me) scrambled eggs are meant to be a quick, easy and filling (forgot the word here, feel free to correct me) meal to make for breakfast, but that can also work for lunch or dinner (maybe the dinner part is just me but who know's). It's not supposed to require a special device to crack the eggshell, and then sterilise the eggshell to make scrambled eggs.

Well, actually there is a way to have cheese if you're lactose intolerant by taking Lactaid (or any other lactose intolerant medicine) before or after eating cheese. Or you could buy lactose free cheese which is really not that bad. Or if you know how to make cheese, you could make it out of llactose free milk which doesn't too much different from regular milk.

You can still use her cooking method ( _poaching scambled egg_ ). It's actually pretty great especially when you dont want oily food or want egg but want them lite. Tastes like those eggs where you scramble them inside the shell then boil them. You can also add some not-hot melted butter during the scrambling process to add flavor. The egg also cooks super fast in 10-20secs and virtually unburnable.

Honestly, I think that the only reason that the level 2 and 3 chefs were being so extra was because scrambled eggs are such a simple recipe that there wasn’t much substance for them to show so they were making up for that by being extra.
