Thanks Glenn, that means a lot to me. I’m blessed to be able to do something I love, and it’s even better to know people like you are finding value in it...all the way from the UK! Thanks for watching and for the kind encouraging words. Tom

BARR Woodworks & Furniture Thank you! That is a great observation, We are planning to progress with these Thursday night live stream videos from beginner topics to making finer pieces, but focusing on the basics for now to build the foundation for what’s to come. And yes, things are in the works to move ahead with another season, in the securing funding stage. We’ll let you know when we’re getting projects ready...and the new name and brand for the show is Classic Woodworking. The first season was rebranded to this new name, check it out: finewoodworking.tv Thanks again! Tom

You guys are so lucky to have hardwood timber yards like that available........not here😩. Interesting hearing about your measurement of board foot ......we don’t use it here.....it’s just metric linear and priced on that..... Cheers

That’s too bad you don’t have it there...where are you writing from? I guess we are lucky and take it for granted since businesses have been offering lumber to “non-professionals” for a while. Seems whenever there is interest and demand for a certain thing, some enterprising soul will start or modify a business to make it available. Thanks for watching! Tom

Good info! I'm learning as you go! Wish you would have put your mic on your right side though. Harder to hear you when you faced the camera.

Yes, thanks, we only realized the mic was an issue after we got home, so that’s what we got :) . But I’m glad you are enjoying the videos and find some value in them!

Seriously, what school are you in that would subject you to such torture? 😎 Is it some type of woodworking industrial arts class or school? Hope you enjoyed it to some degree 👍 Thanks! Tom

Okay, no worries, just curious about demographics of my school and guild audience...we have people from all over the country, and quite a few from other countries around the world. I’d be glad to connect with the woodworking teacher if he is interested in reaching out sometime. Happy woodworking 👍
