That's pretty much how our Sephek battle went, except we met him out on the tundra. He downed our fighter in one shot, and nearly downed our warlock before the rest of us took him down.

@@wesdean9128 It went very differently for me any my group, without knowing his weakness the druid in our party used bonfire on him, which he failed his save against. And then we just killed him, our rogue did go down. But otherwise it was way easier for our group xD i used a grapple to keep in in the bonfire's space and because am playing a tanky barbarian i was luckily able to stay alive while holding him there. I don't think he healed once in the entire fight xD

Living in Minnesota I've actually slept out in negative 20 F conditions, inside a tent too. It sucks. You wake up every hour or so shivering, and have to adjust, or get up and move around so you can get your blood moving. Worst I've ever been out in is negative 40 (with a windchill) and at that point you can get frost bite in under 5 minutes on exposed skin. Also, Jacob, when describing the cold, it starts with your fingers going numb, they become lethargic, hard to move. Then your arms and legs don't want to move, like they've fallen asleep and you get pins and needles. Then your thoughts come slower. That's the scary part. Your thoughts start coming slower and you think to yourself, wow, am I dying? The scary part about it is that since your can't feel anything, that thought isn't a shocking or frightening thing. You just kind of go, huh, this is what dying feels like. I've never been that far into hypothermia, but I've heard some stories from family and friends. Anyways, good luck on being a new father soon!

I know there is a limit to how many pieces of clothing you can wear before you become a ball of clothes, but up until that point, does wearing more clothing help you survive colder and colder temperatures? Or is there a limit where putting on more clothing won't help anymore?

@@jlaw131985 Likewise! It's hard to go back to for me, because all the extra levels and feats are hard to jump straight back into, and I never liked NWN2s UI/Controls much... But it's by far and wide the best NWN expansion, and there's some really standout writing in it. I think the encounter, and the music, in the Astral Plane is my favorite :) I'm trying to fit that music in haha!

We just defeated the frost maiden @ level 11 last week... and are working on rebuilding ten towns this week after 2 years of playing going to have to find another group to play with cause our DM is going back to college 😭😔😭 I'm so proud of her

Did Jacob change the temperature of icewind dale for a reason? Page 11 shows that due to Auril's curse, average temperature is -49f.. and the wind chill drops it by 80 degrees... so like -120f
