I really enjoyed your story. You are so humble and real. I have had tree experiences. I walk to this pond almost every day, and I would wish trees wellness and flourishing, if their branches were dying or needles were falling off. The first tree, I named Gloria. She was a birch, and struggled in the dry weather, so I would put my hand on her and wish her well, and send her love and all she needed. She became so beautiful within a year, and I couldn't believe how healthy she was. I would walk towards her, and it looked like she was waving and dancing. I greet her almost everyday. I feel her energy and her healing for me. I have found some other trees, Jezebel, a poplar tree that came down in a wind storm but who still thrived and grew leaves. I touch her, and send her love everyday. Wilamina, an evergreen who looks very sparse. I send her love and tell her she is perfect. There is Spartacus, a spruce tree who was looking like he was losing many needles. I would hold his 'hand' in mine and tell him how lovely he is and wish him all he needs. Finally, there is a tree across from the condo I live in. I named her Priscilla. She has lost many leaves and 50% bare branches. I put my hand on her to wish her wellness. I feel watched, and very loved by all trees by the pond. Many wiggle and dance, and I love the sound of wind in their leaves, and when I walk by, a breeze picks up, and blows through them. It feels lovely..like they are communicating on some level. Anyways, awesome podcast. I didn't know this was a thing..tree communication, until I started doing it myself. I will slow down, and quiet myself, so that ai may here them. Thank you. It's so fascinating. Also, when my dog died, the next day, I saw her running in the clouds as well. It was amazing. Such joy. I feel her often.

Love this. I always knew as a child there was more. Approx 30 years ago I connected with the Ash when it straddled our land and neighbours. It was very large and its roots were now under our property. It had to be felled. I became extremely upset. Our cat used to sleep at its base and i would place crystals there too. On its trunk was a natural face. One day I was sitting in the bedroom nearest to the Ash and our cat was laying on the carpet with head lifted looking at me...I became aware of being surrounded by a beautiful peaceful and love filled energy and realised it was coming from the Ash. All worry, sadness and feelings of dread were dissolved and I understood the Ash was reassuring me that it was its time and all is well. Am pretty certain our cat was helping conduct the energy. Love your sharing and look forward to listening to more

Kara, thank you for sharing your story and creating this space 💚 I love hearing about mythical beings and haven’t found too many people who talk openly about their experiences. I see dragons and faeries sometimes. I would love to see a pegasus one day! Out of curiosity, have you ever encountered elves? I had a brief vision of an elven being observing me in a way that was familiar and amused, and I’ve been wondering about them since. This being had the silhouette of a LOTR elf but with long black hair, an androgynous face, and wearing a robe that faded from white to purple. I have heard that elves are caretakers of the trees.
