What is a treaty? How are historical treaties different from modern treaties? What types of land governance agreements exist between Indigenous Peoples and the Crown in places where there are no treaties? This video shows how treaties were intended as means to confirm agreements between the federal government (often referred to as ‘the Crown’) and Indigenous Peoples, to secure modes of peaceful co-existence and land and ‘resource’ sharing. Ultimately, treaties are a fundamental expression of relationship, and are the basis for legitimate settler presence.

The Crown and First Nations are the same. I am Queen of Canada and Royal Chieftain of Indians of America Natalie Helferty from the Virgin Mary and the Rouge and Humber Indian Chiefs The Holy Grail of Christ's Second Coming. If there is a Treaty with British as the Crown it is not real as a treaty. The Canadian Treaties are legal only as God created them through Its Body as the Queen. God did the Jay Treaty through Me in 1975 to have an agreement for Canadians and US Citizens and Mexicans to be able to travel across the Borders between Countries as it is one Nation as America.
