Episode 10 Catching up with Barbells and Broadheads

Barbells and Broadheads, founded by Alex Schaefer and Cori Lease, is a Wisconsin based outdoor fitness and nutrition "soon to be" husband and wife team. Previously living an unhealthy lifestyle, the couple decided they wanted to transform their lives and outdoor hobbies through functional fitness and nutrition.
LIMB-itless Outdoors met Alex and Cori on the side of a damp and muddy ski slope at Tyrol Basin, WI. All parties were participating in the Beast Mode Archery 8-Hour Challenge. Friendly banter and the topic of Fireball turned the brief encounter into a friendship.
Their journey led to the creation of "Barbells and Broadheads". Barbells and Broadheads is a social media platform created by the motivated couple devoted to helping others who wish to pursue a similar path. You can join them for free weekly meal preps, discuss fitness plans and activities and all things 1st Phorm products.
Additionally, Barbells and Broadheads is a supporter of the A3G Initiative. They graciously donate portions of their annual merchandise sales to the 501(c)(3).
