I don't know if there are cooking classes nearby, but you can start with Cutting techniques, or having the right tools for the job. That can help a lot! The important thing here is that you're already cooking yourself! Keep going :)

That steak is literally mostly fat....so rich you don't want a huge plate of it. I can eat a 16 oz prime strip but a 10 oz A5 ribeye was too much by the end of it
