Sit and drink Sit and eat Chew your food Don't use gadgets while eating Don't talk while eating if important don't talk on stressful topic

Hello Doc, I would like to know if smoothies are good for you, is combining milk yogurt and banana is a good option? I have read that according to ayurveda combining milk and banana is not good.

1.sit & eat 2.sit & drink 3.deep breathing before & after meal 4.chew food properly 5.gadget off during meal time 6. Don’t talk at meal time
