In this episode, we shall see how Bharat-Milap with Sri Ram in Chitrakoot aims to reestablish the Integrated Functioning of the Brain. Chitrakoot resembles the Pons, which looks like a small mountain range, like the Chitrakoot mountain. It is a small but vital brain structure that houses bunches of nerve fibers. Bharat ji who represents Super Meta Cognitive Intelligence shows us that without Consciousness, Super Meta Cognitive Intelligence is of no use. His betterment is in serving Consciousness only.

hello sir, could you please make a video on vibration and how las of vibration work. how can a simple/normal human being can use it in his day to day life to achieve his objective and live a stressfree life.. i think it's our inability to do what needs to be done that causes stress in life, if we know for sure what i am doing, i will accomplished than the stress level be reduce drastically... so if you can make a video on this, it will be really helpful.. hari om!

@@yogicrealization5672 thank you so much sir for taking out the time to reply.. i am currently doing my pilot training and i have take loan for it. time to time i keep getting stresses thinking about future, career etc.. so that's why i really wanted to know about this concept of law of vibration and how that's makes us captain of our ship.. it's very assuring feeling to be self reliant and not depend on other.. thats why i asked this question sir.. i have started practising the chalisa pranayam .. almost from the last 10 days and one thing i have notice is that i stay pretty relax and calm now when faced with a tricky or uncomfortable situation plus i am firmly putting my opinion without feeling scared. thank you sir . @@rahulsa3268 Dear Rahul, Say "Thank You" more and more for whatever you currently have. Please use the following protocol as many times as you can in a day: Sit quietly on a chair or on the floor. The base on which you sit must be steady, not shaky. Back straight, arms on the lap, with palms facing upwards. Eyes close, and head tilted about ten degrees backward. Exhale slowly and completely. Mentally say THANK (when you breathe in, with a hissing sound after constricting your throat a little). Hold for a count of seven. Mentally say YOU (when you breathe out, with a hissing sound after constricting your throat a little). Hold for a count of seven. This is one cycle. Practice seven cycles Aim for four cycles per minute. This exercise should not take more than two minutes after practice. You can do more cycles. There is no upper limit on how many cycles you can do per sitting. This protocol is written in the book "The Gravity of Gratitude" written by "yours sincerely" and is guaranteed to work.
