I am 61 but I have the energy of a younger man, just today I had a talk with an acquaintance… in short I told him my age and he was surprised and named me as 40- 20 years younger than my actual age. Don’t smoke- don’t drink- or drugs, but believe that I will live forever… just believe in positive energy.

I've always believed that celebrating birthdays makes you age faster...so I don't, when people ask my age I always say I'm ageless or I don't age, the try to guess my age and they are always way off...often guessing an age much younger than my birth certificate reads 😊

This is my Re-Gen experiment. On 2 days around the Full Moon I listen to the Classic Rock Station from Chicago that I did when I was 16 in 1968. It's now 97.1 and plays Classic Rock from when I was a teenager. Listening to the music I "remember" the feelings I had at that time and I "absorb" those feelings. I've been doing this about 6 mo and am very pleased. I use the Full Moon because of it's energy and there are others who join in and this is a good way to keep track of the date.

I assume this is why people who have lived hard lives look so much older than they really are, and someone who lived a loving life look so much younger than they are. Our mind is definitely a blade that can cut.

That's not necessary true, I am 30 years old I had a pretty hard life but people usually couldn't tell that I am more than 25. Being connected to my inner child and inner joy helped me through the hard days and also keeps my aging reversing.

I have been doing this for a very long time. Something to look out for is all the saying we use like when we feel pain we might say "I must be getting older", but what I like to say is "I must be getting younger".

I wonder if we were tricked in the not so far off past to believe that we would get older and die when we got to a certain age. when in reality we are actually designed to live forever and we only die when we no longer need to be here. I would say it happened around the time of the Orphan Trains if anyone has looked into that or heard of the research being done on it recently.

Read Linda Goodman’s Star Signs, if you are interested in things like this…..she was tapped into….and writing about….truth re: reversing aging, abundance, Tesla’s innovations, the facts that plants “feel” and “communicate” and a number of things I have seen “science confirm” in the last decade or so…..and writing about it in the 70s and 80s. I came across Star Signs as a teen in the late 90s and people thought I was a nutter for believing a lot of what was in it. Now? Not so much. I was just a decade or two early, due to reading Linda’s book Star Signs. She was a true wisdom trailblazer❤️

I think one piece of constructive feedback is to acknowledge the limits of the placebo effect. The men who pretended to be younger were probably simply more active- and that made them taller, improved eyesight etc. they didn’t literally reverse age. They just did more exercise

You are speculating. They exercised AFTER they effect took place not before. It says this in the video . Telomere lengths has lengthened on other studies that didn't involve exercise. You have to learn to stop placing your limited thinking and perspective on reality.😊

Btw, your recent videos on health really confirm what Bashar says (channeled by Daryl Anka) about how subconscious beliefs shift us to parallel realities and versions of ourselves - if we have a strong enough belief about ourselves in a health context, we shift to a reality where that is true.
