That theory near the end of the podcast about the worldwide cleansing makes a ton of sense. Also Oda himself has stated that he is going to write literally the largerst war that has ever happened in manga and nothing in any other series can compare to the sheer size/scope of the war hes planning. So that could definitely happen and be a part or the catalyst of the war. I like that theory a lot and its super plausible

Top 5 atm : Luffy , Shanks, Akainu, Kaido and Blackbeard. This might sorry definitely will change in the course of the story guys. As for Dragon DF , for some reason I think he might be Thunderbird ( mythical Zoan) or ODA have given him a Wind Logia DF ( I don’t know which one though) . Another thing is that Dragon portrait reminds me of “CHE” Guevara and the whole revolutionary aspect of things and perspective. Hope next chapter clear things a bit . Great show guys as usual

This is for any Mihawk vs Shanks, Fraudhawk, convo.; I believe Mihawk was the “Marine Hunter” because high ranking marines are trained well with the sword (as seen with Aokiji vs SH crew and Kizaru vs Rayleigh) and have observation/armament haki. These tools are perfect for a swordsman who wants to become the strongest swordsman to train against. I believe from a young age Mihawk wanted this title and to focus on this group would be most efficient rather than random pirates he’d have to meet by chance, as finding navy routes and stationed troops would be easier to test his blade against. After he would claim this title, to reduce marine casualties and interruptions in Mihawk’s now boring life, the 7WL system would be made for both parties to benefit from, along with Doflamingo, Kuma and Boa Hancock especially. This doesn’t mean Mihawk takes any fight for the navy seriously, since sword fighting a master is the only joy he finds. The Marineford war isn’t a good argument to scale him in, put in the same position, I doubt Zoro would find joy fighting anyone besides Vista, though it’s still clear Vistas potential was not that of someone to truly excite Mihawk, like it was with Shanks. I think because Mihawk had such a defined dream so young, it allowed him to get strong faster and even probably achieve conquerors haki young, at least younger than Shanks. Because despite Shanks being talented, his lack of a defined dream didn’t allow him to achieve conquerors haki…not until Luffy ate that fruit. Luffy eating his DF would mean he can’t swim, and him not swimming means the seaking would try to eat him. Shanks would have to save this boy who ate the fruit he believes to be the fruit to change the world, though losing his dominant hand in this moment, Shanks realizing his dream would finally be real once saving this boy, who helped to unlock his conquerors haki. Despite Mihawk not finding an adversary in Shanks, the two would finally be able to live their own dreams. As a bonus to Luffy inadvertently helping Shanks to unlock his own dream and conquerors haki, Luffy founded a crew with the one man that Mihawk will have truly waited for. Like Shanks had with Luffy. P.S: In an actual fight I either see Mihawk and Shanks fighting until they pass out and drink like Roger/WB or never actually fighting in the first place. Mihawks swordskills probably equal Shanks’ haki skills ultimately making a stalemate.

Both of them are compared to Roger/wb and are known as the strongest rivals. Shanks superior in haki but Mihawk possessing the strongest supreme blade and better sword skill balances it out. This I show I always looked at it

Why do we always think shanks is rocks’ kid and not buggy? Why we don’t put mother Carmel charges on Roger? Left god valley with 2 little kids and then pull up to white beard to “borrow” his brother, and left him with his kid and nothing seems suspicious, but especially since he can fight whitebeard and not touch him but couldn’t pull out the cheeks?

In CP9 we had Fukurou, who had a freaking zipper on his mouth, some One Piece characters have exotic traits and that's it, I doubt Kuma's ears will have any relevancy.
