Can I use redheart worsted weight yarn? I'll just use 2 strands of yarn instead of bulky yarn. I'm trying to use up all the scraps I have.

Latinag25 that is what I do when it calls for bulk yarn and it comes out great. You can mix and match colors also :)

May I ask why you skip a stitch in the beginning?!? I understand not to add a double crochet stitch in the joining chains, but I thought you add a double crochet stitch all the way around. I was just curious. Thank you! I'm making a pair for my friend. Hope she likes them and uses them 😃
