Europe has a pretty sizeable kustom car culture. Mix of art, hotrods, and choppers. I was surprised to hear about it. Dickies does a big show there called Kustom Culture Forever. There's actually a bit of a lowrider scene too. Man, hearing some of the laws towards custom cars and trucks in Australia is wild. Makes me realize how easy we have it here.
