Here’s how to cancel any order without a ding to you or the buyer. 1. Message the buyer explaining why you can’t ship the item and tell them you will send them a full refund and still ship them a small gift as an apology and tracking will be for that gift. 2. Ship them a $5 Starbucks gift card through eBay. eBay will think you shipped the item and no cancellation is needed. 3. Go to the order and send the buyer a full refund. You’ll end up about $8 out of pocket (gift card and shipping) but no one gets a ding and eBay is none the wiser.

Canadian Shipping is actually cheaper to ship usps - tracked shipping to the US then across Canada. I ship a lot of collector cards and tracked shipping under 1/2lb is around 5.75 USD. We can get prepaid boxes that ship up to 5lbs for about 13 USD. Once your box gets above 12"x12"x12", your looking at around 25 USD. UPS can be cheaper if it's regional.

Hey Dave you should go solar, they could probably be able to cut your bill in half. Some advice would be to go with a company with sunpower in the title or a company that sells Sunpower panels. Companies that sell those panels are usually trust worthy. Also you should never have to put money down for panels. That would be a good way to save money bro.
