I lowkey agree with Seb on this one. Gura def stopping sovereignty for a time. Them saying "Well law stopped it with a non physical attack" forces the gura gura to seem like its not the confirmed strongest Devil Fruit. If course it doesnt our right overcome the sovereignty attack since that attack is haki based but at minimum it def clashes just long enough until law teleports blackbeard out of the way like he did with Zoro.

just a quick info regarding ya'lls last episode, regarding the topic of the swords, Oda once mentioned in an sbs that kaidos weapon has to be a high level one as it could withstand his haki, and not crumble, so yes. Mihawk cant use any sword and exert his full power!

I think that Hanafuda had the T-Rex Fruit and that he was the one who went out and collected all of the Ancient Zoan fruits that Kaido would later incorporate into his crew.

@@D.Broker I don’t have a problem with the theory they had. Interesting and I’m a fan of more depth to characters. But they would be separate DFs if he had a TRex DF. X Drake had the Allosaurus DF, I thought it was a TRex at first but it isn’t.

I think you guys are really overrating the kaido big mom combo. It was combined haki but neither one used max strength. Kaido probably wasn’t even trying. He just threw some haki in there to combine. That is the only reason Zoro was able to block it. That is also why j think Blackbeard could definitely compete with his df.

Asking honestly, I don’t see BB and Luffy fighting, specifically a 1v1, YET, has to be more development on BB.. and I won’t argue against the G5 statement 😂 Simply put, Oda hasn’t shown BB w many haki feats yet, to argue. I personally think he uses the Yami more effectively and efficiently, so seeing the full potential of the Gura isn’t per se in my ideas of if Luffy and BB do fight. and No, at said time of that interaction BB is still running from Akainu and barely having the haki to block S-Hawk. Given said context, BB comes close to death w/o assistance if he’s taking the attack head- on. Going context only, Van Augur would warp BB away before he has the chance to even try to block it.

@@yaJA._. to simplify all that, I personally dont think BB doesn’t use the Gura as much as the community my say, and say beside large masses, the DF isn’t very effective as to why it’s barely shown, why WB didn’t use it in his clash against Roger, or why BB or WB doesn’t really use many named attacks with it.
