I'm with Winter in this. When I'm done with a relationship I'm completely done and detached. Youre blocked outta sight and mind, cause I don't stew in the past. It's so much easier to let situations go that don't benefit you when you actually let it go in every form. And I never talk bad about previous partners. There's no point to it. It ended for a reason - incompatibility. I'm able to move on quickly and healthily with this mindset. I'm now in a relationship with the best life partner I've ever had and its because I don't hold onto what's not for me, any longer than necessary.

At 16-18 I was on and off the pill because of a serious irregular menstrual cycle, and my mental health was really bad (especially in my senior year of high school). It took me until the age of 21 when my cycle was becoming irregular again that I realized the pills were worsening my depression. Doctors basically called me crazy and stated that birth control has no effect on a woman's mental health, and that's a lie. Plenty of women have spoken out about how birth control made them feel. I don't understand why a professional doctor wouldn't take that seriously. So, I ended up not taking any pills and had to deal with my heavy flow.

I was already depressed but I took birth control for irregular periods and then I just had my period for a loooong time. So I stopped cause I wasn't having sex. I was like 15

I dealt with the same thing irregular and heavy menstruals so they put me on birth control to “control” my cycles but my anxiety shot up to an all time High and when I stopped taking it I bled for 2 months and my dr pulled me out of work for a week just to find out I have adenomyosis and my only option is hysterectomy and birth control so now I’m back on the pill with irregular heart rate… love that for me 🙄

When I got my first period, my dad was the only one home. I didn’t have a cell phone. So, I asked him to call my mom bc I needed help. He was like “baby, I’m here what’s wrong? I can help” I’m like noooo, call mama & he insisted then finally I yelled “CALL MOM!” & he was like “ohhhhhh” I was so embarrassed. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 idk why, but I did not want my dad to know about it. Also, I date a lot too. You go on dates & have fun. If it works, it works. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t. 😂😂 no biggie.
