Episode 16:🤌Tuna Pasta I Simple but One of the Best and Healthy Pasta Recipe 🤤😍
Ingredients:
- Pasta
- Tuna flakes (preferably canned and flavored)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Bell pepper
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Cooking oil
- Dried oregano leaves (optional)
- Dried parsley leaves (optional)
Procedures:
1. Pre-cook (boil) the pasta then set aside.
2. Sauté the garlic and onion.
3. Pour the tuna flakes.
4. Add the bell pepper
5. Add some salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.
6. Pour the pre-cooked pasta. Mix well.
7. Add some onion spring leaves then final mix.
8. Put on plate then add some dried oregano and parsley leaves as toppings (optional).

That looks like a great dish! What type and brand of tuna did you use? I have never seen tuna come out of a can that had the consistency of soup.

It is tuna flakes in vegetable oil by Century Tuna brand.
