Beads are easier than I ever thought! I'd be sure to give clear instructions on the easiest way to add beads (so that you don't string them along your yarn before starting your project).

Dude I LOVE your shawl concept! Because I've searched for something shaped like that because I hate the bunching of triangle shawls too. So I'd totally be down for testing or buying it! I like the colors in the baby blanket actually. It's very unique and super pretty! Side note, my name is Amanda too lol. I'm so excited for you going to Egypt!! I'm going to live vicariously through you. I look forward to seeing all the adventures you get up to over there. If you take a break from podcasting, that's cool. Getting settled is totally understandable. That Owls sweater is adorable! What yarn/color are you going to make it in?

Thanks for your comment - I figured I couldn't be the only one looking for a V-shaped (rather than triangle) shawl! I'll finish it, write it up and make an update when it's ready for testing! And thanks for your support for Egypt, I'll be needing all the positivity I can get!

I love making Amigurumi, I made my mom a baby blue bear (pattern from Sharon O, she has a KZbin channel.) I also made super mushrooms 🍄 (red and (green - 1up)) (super mario) I really love the chevron baby blanket! Your sister is going to totally love it! That's a lovely hutch behind you. I came, I saw, I concorded (sorry dyslexic and forgot how to spell). For the owl mittens, double knit it, it would be double thick everywhere, reversible and no floats.

Interesting idea, I didn't think of that! That's double the work, though... Maybe I'll try that skill next. Never done a true double knit.
