I have become hooked on EPP now. My Christmas list looks as follows - a coaster for him, a coaster for her, coaster for puppy, coaster for baby 😂😂

Hello Happy Wednesday!, Love the scrapy socks you've done. Great idea to split the yarn beforehand and put them in separate bags. Great time saver. So cute matching mother and daughter socks for your sister and niece. Can't wait to hear more about the Grandma Garden quilt top next week. Would love to be entered into the draw for the project bag and sock yarn. Keep smiling. 😊

Oh Kay…can’t wait to see your quilt kit! 😮 I kinda figured you’d be hooked on your little hexagons enough to make a quilt. The kit will be SO much easier than having to cut a ton of hexagons yourself.

It was lovely to see your projects today. Your new found thrill for EPP takes me back about 44 years ago when my children and I joined my husband in Spain for 3 months when he was working there. We were staying in a hotel and did not have much space. The girls did their lessons in the morning and I stitched or knitted whilst overseeing their studies. I even managed to buy a pattern in Spanish and yarn to knit each of the girls a scarf. Never managed a whole quilt by hand but have machined plenty here in the UK. 🇬🇧

I am on the final countdown for my Cozy Memories blanket. I do one block every morning while having my morning coffee. I am on course to have the blocks done on the 31st of this month, and then make an I-cord border edge as soon as I figure out what color I want the border to be. I also have a pair of socks on the needles, as usual.

I watched Sue and Chelsea's latest episode and immediately ran out to Michael's to buy the yarn to do the crocheted fall blanket that Sue is making. You're not alone lol! I really love that they show off the things they're making in acrylic- easy wearing and very affordable. We tend to become yarn snobs, but I love the price point and accessibility of those acrylics for sudden need to cast on all the things moments!

I'm working on a boyfriend cardigan (crochet) and I keep looking at my sock yarn, however i have a couple of pink baby blankets that I have to get started on for our great, great niece that's due in January!!! I've to finish up a blanket before Christmas for my grand-daughter, it's a late wedding present she got married back in May of this year!!! So I want to have it to her before the end of the year!!!! 😮. Its already late, but i lost my cro-jo for a while, and still don't have it back fully charged!! Lol I'm just trying to take it a day at a time!! Thanks for the upbeat video today, with all the work you show,it puts me in a good mood and gives me hope that I can get all my stuff done!!! I started teaching myself to knit because I wanted to knit myself a pair of socks!! 😆 I do much more crochet than knitting, truth be told!!! Lol. I do have a few patterns for crochet socks, but they just don't see m as comfortable as knitted ones!!!!

Hi Kayla. Love your new star blanket. At first I thought it was crocheted and saw you were knitting it. Looks amazing. Great colours. I love seeing you so excited to be thinking about making a cardigan with Joanne yarn and maybe making a few sweaters for your nieces. The fun is shopping for the yarn and deciding the colours to use and the patterns. I just finished my first pair of socks on magic loop done with your vanilla socks pattern. Thankyou for the great tutorial It took me ages to finally get in the mood again to finish them as I did start in January but I kept putting them down to do other projects. Mainly crocheting a flower pattern shawl from Jane Crowe called the Climbing Rose that I changed and made larger with different colours to made a double bed size for my daughter's birthday and another one lap size for my mum's birthday. I loved them so much I want to start another one for me but thought to finish the socks first. Thanks for a great video. Take care.

Oh my goodness! I watched this when it first came out, but I need to come back to comment. I told you I’ve been watching podcasts, in order, from the beginning. It’s so interesting and sometimes confusing. I find myself wanting to join in, and then realize this was 5 or 6 years ago. I watched the West Virginia 2017 Easter Vlog. It was wonderful. Then it jumped to a Vlog from May 2020. Austin was sitting 🪑 on the couch with you. When you turned the camera for him to say goodbye, I almost cried. Typical mom, I still might. He has grown into such a handsome young man, and this was 3 years ago!! His voice was so deep. Amazing. You must be very proud. Thank you for sharing.
