Never stop inspiring women to have a relationship with the Quran. It is extremely important to have women of the Quran because they are the queens of the house holds and are the once watering fruits in their homes. May Allah (swt) choose us and use us for His SAKE!

Congratulations on the launch of this podcast! I'm listening from Malaysia and I find this podcast so enlightening and inspirational, that an hour just passes by without my even realising it. What a wonderful channel - love the questions from sister Khadijah and Shaykha Saleha was so inspiring and I resonated so much with what she said- there were many parallels. I'm really looking forward to watching more episodes insha'Allah. I'm turning 50 in a few days and started my journey into learning Arabic a few years back. I found myself in a rut recently due to a few challenges from life and thought perhaps Allah had not destined for me to pursue further but this discussion was so beneficial - Allah bless you both. Ameen. It's made me realise how much my own self-limiting beliefs were having an impact and coupled with a workshop I attended by Br Mohammed Faris on High Himma, I hope that it will provide the springboard to get back on the horse to continue the journey insha'Allah! We need mentors like you both especially those of us who are older and already dealing with thinking we'd missed the boat. Brothers have direct access and company of shuyukh. We don't.

I've noticed the sister mentioned she hasn't completed hifdh at around 27:20 in the video but I thought it was mentioned that she had an ijaaza in Hafs - could someone please clarify if you are able to get ijaaza's of Qur'an without having memorised it?

excellant point sister, jzki Allah for asking. Shaykha Saleha is currently on her hifdh journey but has an ijazaa in qiraa - reading - in several different modes of recitation under tutelage of her noble sheikh. With 'ijazaa' you can attain this from a qualified teacher in either recitation or memorisation. Hope that clarifies this
