The clothes have the word (واحد) written on them, which means one, and I think you mean God Almighty. It could be because a girl or woman is explaining the guide. Sometimes content creators focus on a particular audience to make the message feel more personalized, even if the advice can be applied universally.

There are so many resources and encouragement for men to memorise quran. Not much out there for women or stories and tips from women. That's why it's titled that and also because it's a woman talking about it and she's a mum, which is not very applicable to men.

I think that girls/women have different universal duties that don't apply to men, such as home keeping, child rearing, etc. that most boys/men might not have to consider in their Quran goals. For example, men might be able to spend time at the masjid studying under another brother after work, whereas most women might need to get busy with meals and kids during that time but be more free before or after Fajr while children are sleeping. Also, these are women talking, how would they give a guide for men? Wouldn't a man be best able to give guides to other men. Inshallah and Allah knows best.
