I appreciate your educational work, because this is the key to a lot of problems. In the episode shown by horse plus I saw your 2 facilities. You have a lot more horses in your riding center, but didn´t see any stable for the hard winter times and if the horses gets sweaty due to the riding, where can you kepp them ? Regards from Hamburg

Our horses have various shelters and trees to get away from the snow and rain. We also blanket most horses if temperatures drop below freezing. Most horses here in the western united states grow thick winter coats and usually prefer to be in the elements instead of in an enclosed space.

Thank you for your questions! In the winter, we try not to ride them into a sweat, if they do then we have coolers we put on them until they're dry so they don't experience a temperature shock!

Have a look in the one who is blind in one eye and is holding his head on one side he might of had a ear drum ruptured and that can make him blind in one eye and hold his head on one side because one of my best friends mare had that happened after getting kick by one of her paddock friend and it was only in play fight and the vet had told us that she would have to be in a stable for a short time because the ear drum would have to heal over then the mare would be more stable in the paddock but she would not be able to be ridden again but could be bred from because it was nothing that could be passed to her foals as the mare was a horse worth a lot of money and she was a pacer with a pedigree of top quality and a line this is dieing out slowly and they use to harvest her eggs then other mares carry those foals too and the mare had just passed away one day before i had my brain tumor removed on the 17th April last year and on the 17th April this year it has been a year that i had my brain tumor removed and i miss my brave little mare that had that problem with her ear and eye but it did not stop her from being a good horse with foals that lost their mother and she even looked after the foals after that they get weaned from their mothers
