@@lambertronix I love that the insight to what he does is so succinctly put and easy to understand - it confirmed a few suspicions I had that his music isn't the high convoluted music that some think. He is gloriously down to earth about it all. And I'm from the same city as him, so it was good to hear his accent at last. There's such little material available where he talks about what he does. The Wire article is good, but this is a million times better.

@@lambertronix I'm a big Florian Hecker fan. You know his stuff? I rather get the feeling that his approach IS a convoluted as I think!!! I also REALLY dig Gabor Lazar's stuff. The album with Mark Fell is amazing, but the sound design on his other stuff is mind blowing. Ryoji Ikeda? Great sounds.
