Episode 20: Reflections

What a blessing to have Dillon with us sharing some pivotal moments in his journey. How many times have we faced challenges and felt helpless in our lives? These moments push us past our comfort zones and into uncertainty and possibly darkness. In these critical moments it is imperative to know that this too shall pass. This one moment does not and will not define our lives. Digging deep into our core foundation is key to center ourselves and not allow our ego to push us further over the edge. Surrendering in these moments can push us past our ego control, closer to God and the Universe. Show courage, dig deep, and know this moment will serve as a great learning experience once it has passed.
