This week on the Galactic Driftwood Podcast, Seth and Chris discuss a new Table-Top RPG system currently in the Kickstarter phase, called DC20. It's being billed as "an evolution of 5th Edition" and an alternative to the new OneD&D ruleset currently being teased by Wizards of the Coast. What makes it different? Special? Fun? I’ve been GMing and playing DC20 since the 0.4 alpha and it isn’t disruptive. I did get in the habit of announcing the monster is attacking or casting or doing whatever they’re doing and ask, “Anyone doing anything about that?” Before rolling and/or announcing results. Works smoothly that way.
