Thank you for another enriching and common sense podcast!! We love overnight oats for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. We also try to decrease sugar intake because it affects immune system response especially during flu season. We make sure to eat plenty of fermented foods like sauerkraut, kombucha and kimchi as it builds up healthy gut bacteria which benefits our body and brain. Well done you two!!

Crockpots during the fall season with school in session, games happening 2 to 3 times a week, and all the other activities that come with it are MY BIGGEST FRIEND! ;-)
