I enjoy your podcast just the way it is. The techy stuff in my opinion is not the most important. I look forward to your videos to learn and be inspired all things to do with knitting. Continue doing what brings you joy as that is the ultimate message I receive. Have lots of fun on your vacay!!

What a nice surprise when I realized today that I had only started your podcast last week, but not watched most of it. Now I'm knitting sleeves and watching your podcast and having a great morning! I think the name of the pattern book that you showed is a mash up of Kate and her husband's last names! I didn't read all the comments and maybe someone already said that. Happy Vacation!

I call your last minute purchasing for a trip panic packing. I go through a lot of mental gymnastics to avoid it but I am known for “one more thing”. Thanks for the video!

That’s such a great name for it. I try to ask myself if I will ever use this item again. And if the answer is no, I try not to buy it.

I think running is a great deal mental as well as physical. Good job at persevering.

Have such a great time in Italy!! I like the two solid yarns together for the Musselburgh. For my recent Italy trip, I packed one sock project that was half way done and one extra new sock project. I didn’t even finish the first one! My flight was much shorter than yours, though. But I never got a chance to knit on any on the train rides. 🤷♀️ And hardly ever got around to knit after sightseeing days etc. I also pack coordinated outfits that I can combine on trips. But my friend told me to always take at least one outfit out of the suitcase again. And she is right.

I normally take one or two things out after it’s all packed too!

I’m not always that disciplined, but then at the end of the trip (when I realize I didn’t wear everything), I think of her and that she proved me wrong AGAIN!

For your musselburgh, just cast it on like socks and just use your tail to close up the hole. That’s what I do and it’s so much easier!

I do cuff down socks so I’d have to look up that method.

Fingers crossed for finishing your Tolsta! I really love the two neutrals for the Musselburgh as well. It looks like you could wear that combo with everything. If you are looking for something that might help with editing, Davinci Resolve is free and super widely used, so it's very easy to find tutorials for it. I hope that you have an amazing time on your trip!! Your hotel sounds amazing 😍 P.S. My next cardigan is like a cloud and I am knitting it in blue mohair. EMBRACE THE COOKIE!! 🤣🤣💙💙
