I have no idea how many times I've watched every episode of this show.... one of the most underrated TV comedy's of all time.....but I must admit as an English man, for the first series I did put the subtitles on lol 😆 (but after the First series I was fluent in craiglangian)...as was confused by little things they say like.....how instead of why.... but by far my favourite comedy of all time... did anybody else tear up a bit on the last episode, where they faded out jack and Victor and the rest of the characters, I found it very moving but at the same devastating as now there can't be anymore shows 😢

I love the way the guest appearances from big name actors are dealt with in Still Game. We've had Celia Imrie, Sylvester McCoy, and now Robbie. Great stuff. The writing's really clever - the stars are given room to shine, but they're big enough professionals to be humble; they don't ruin the show's essential nature with stupid 'worship me!' demands and monstrous ego trips. They give the programme extra class without kicking it in the arse.
