I meditate for physical and learning goals. I infused hypnosis with these sessions of meditation. Instrument? I played the recorder in fifth grade. 😂

I think Isolation variation is the best name. When Isolation Variation came out first I felt that the name fits perfectly bec patterns are so much changing yes! Btw Isolation Meditation is OK too but its so soft name for this piece. There are a lot movement on this piece. When you thinking the process isolation brings meditation yes but you can say only for process of the background. So for me definietly Isolation Variation! 🤍🖤
