Thank you so much for sharing from your heart Lisa. My heart goes out to you for having the strength and courage to bare your soul and put your story out there. Amazing how you can heal from that process by what outsiders would think is so simple. Yet, to put your shame, your guilt aside truly helps us to heal. Showing others going through their struggles that they too can attain what you have and it is possible to live with peace, loving oneself, allowing yourself to be loved, that is so empowering and uplifting. I too am so incredibly proud of you. Huge hugs. Ned, this is a great testament to the man you are for all your love for Lisa, your support and guidance for her as you share for thousands of others in your work for those stuck at their low.
