I’ve been keeping up with you all since ‘I Love Jenni’, your mom was an inspiration to me. Where much of her music was lost in translation as a non-Spanish speaker, her story and her artistry broke all barriers. Chiquis’ vulnerability and strength in sharing her story with her mom saved me when I lost my mom suddenly in 2014, after her not speaking to me for two months. Jacqui’s faith journey softened my heart to God. And now Jenicka sharing her truth! You women all embody your mom’s strength and God’s grace. I’m in awe yet again. Thank you all for being so vocal and helping people. You all have helped me so much in my grief just by living your truths out loud.

I know exactly how you feel Jenicka I'm 34 now but I always said my younger sister got more freedom in a way. When I got pregnant at 17 turning 18 my mom whoop my ass she smacked me and treat me like a slave while pregnant. My sister on the other hand got treated like a queen even after hanging out with the wrong people, running away, and getting pregnant. After so long at 33 I did spoke to my mom harsh we cried we fought (fist fought) and told her exactly how I felt and I just let that negative far from me. I do speak to my mom but I wouldn't talk to her as one. She hurt me badly and I'm curing myself. I don't need the toxicness of my mom

It's sad that favoritism will never go away. Yet, when you call out a parent they quickly say " No that didn't happen" or " you're crazy" . I'm an adult and still go through that, where my parents favor my siblings. I felt this comment! 💯

This episode was everything. I also lost my mom in 2018 and I was her only child. Losing her was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through. I also developed panic attacks recently and yes, you do feel like you’re dying. I have a daughter and people say she has my mother’s eyes and honestly, it’s what keeps me going. I do not want to ever disappoint my mom. Life is hard, but we have to overcome no matter what. Do I have bad thoughts, ever since I was a kid. I do not know why, but this episode reminded me of. I Love Jenni… I was addicted to that show. All of you are great in your own way. Everybody has a different story, and everybody can always relate to one of you. Like they say, loneliness is a state of mind.

I love it. You three look good together. I really think y’all (Jenni Rivera’s children) should make a Netflix series what you all think or had gone through with your mother. Not the version of what your extended family thought what happened in your mom’s s life. Y’all get me.
@roses2u Жыл бұрын
You did a great job interviewing your sisters Jenicka. I also raised five kids. I was consumed with a 25 yr marriage to an alcoholic man and dealt with so much dysfunction in my family. My children were innocent victims. I think the reason you five get along so well is because none of you have any jealousy towards the other. You all seem to have a pure heart and i get the sense the five of you genuinely are happy for whatever the others achieve. All five of you are bonded for the rest of your days because of the way in which your mom passed, and and being forced to endure the great loss of your mother. Each one of you absolutely knows the pain of the other. Your mom may not have been perfect because she too was human but no one can doubt the love she had for each one of you. I believe your mom would have been very proud of how you have all conducted yourselves. I believe she'd be supportive with your decision to remove yourselves from the rest of the family. Your conduct is a reflection of the strength she inculcated in each one of you. I'm sure your mom would be very proud of all of you for what you have become so far and all the growth each of you has yet to experience. Keep up your unity for we know there's strength in numbers. It's a tough journey but I think you guys are unstoppable ❣️ Love you guys.

I can relate very well with you Jenicka, people & especially family members always compare me to my sister. My sister is beautiful as well as skinny and family members are like you should be more active like your sister. You should do this like your sister. Also I’ve never had actual friends either because they would use me to get to my sister. So if you ever need a friend I’m here ❤ But I’ve learned just to cut those negative people out because they can cause a black hole in your heart. Those type of family members and friends are deflecting or just want to cause drama. Overall, I love this podcast it was so relatable and I enjoyed seeing your sisters on the podcast I wish I could be close with my siblings like y’all are. Saludos y Abrazos desde Washington 💕

Maybe make more time for each other just to talk n cry it out. Not calling texting but just sitting in a room n talking. Jenika stay strong, you are your own person, opening up a little at a time with yourself n telling yourself you are different n pray for everyone that's being negative. I got so much out of your podcast. Thank you for helping me out with all your words, it's an inspiration to me. God Bless U All.

This episode made me laugh, cry smile warm my heart seeing you all together. I have always related to you girls an pray my sisters an I could get back to a relationship like we once had. we called ourselves the wolf pack no one could mess with us our our momma cuz if you did prepare to get heat from us all!! I remembered the day I tried to take my own life. Recently after many years it was a thought in my mind once again. However, I could never leave my babies in this cruel world without me to guide and protect them. I’ve had issues with anxiety also! God kept you here Jenicka to share and make a difference babe, your one of a kind and an inspiration! 🫶

There is no comparison, all you 3 sisters are unique in your own authentic way, and people shouldn't be trying to cause division among you 3, my narc mother would cause division between me & my sisters, she was able to accomplish it, I had to go no contact, is really sad when people or your own family causes division to tear the family down, I'm so glad you 3 have a strong sister bond no matter how much others try to break you guys apart, always be there for each other and love each other, don't let anyone come between you guys. Blessings.🌹❤

I understand what Jacqie means it’s a moment of be selfless if be selfish. And neither is the right way but it’s a moment of being reborn again. Shout out to all of you strong women jacqie, jenika, and chiquis 🖤🤍 breaking generations of curses and healing your inner self 🤍🖤
