Simon used alcohol as a coping mechanism, but eventually sought professional help and embarked on a therapy journey. He now helps other men navigate their mental health challenges through his work with Mindful Men. Simon Rinne shares his mental health journey, including his struggles with OCD, depression, and burnout. He discusses the lack of understanding and support he encountered, as well as the challenges he faced in finding effective treatment. Simon also talks about the impact of his mental health on his family and how he made positive changes in his life. He emphasizes the importance of self-care and embracing imperfection in the journey to recovery.
