I came to this site to learn more about "Two Ton Baker, the music maker". The Zenith commercial was interesting as I worked on the development of the Zenith chromacolor tube under Sam Kaplan at the Rauland division of Zenith in the 1960s. Before that I worked 3 summers in the cashier's office of Riverview, so this site brings back a lot of memories. I made some 8mm films of Riverview in the late 50s parts of which were used in the video of Riverview made by Derek Gee and Ralph Lopez. During lunch breaks another young guy who worked in the office and I would ride the Bobs sometimes 10 times in a row. We would have to get off for a re ride so not as to get counted as a paying passenger. The front seat ride was very different than a back seat ride. Lots of good memories. I also remember Carl Jeske who had a collection of earrings that were found under the tracks from riders.
