Thank you for the informative video. I used one whole nutmeg everyday for one week in a banana smoothie and I did not experience any of these negative effects. Is that normal? Not that I want these negative effects to happen to me I did not know about the negative effects until I watched ur video. But it made me feel great my body felt detoxified and i felt my blood circulation improved. My body felt clean. The smoothie ingredients were 3 ripe bananas, 1cup soy milk, one whole grated nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 cup of water and 1 table spoon peanut butter. I drank this as my breakfast for one week everyday.

Your body will tell you, if its too much. I have used these quantities in the past. No real issues, just need to stay hydrated. I, m older now, I still use it. It helps me out a lot. Keeps the nervous system in check. Plus a good nites sleep.

I have found Nutmeg good for pain.1/4 of teaspoon of high quality whole per day is safe .On occasion i have more, like 3/4 of a teaspoon,this gives you mild pleasant relaxed feeling.Overall it is good for you,if you use it properly.
