Also if you keep them on the original plan that you sold , how would you go about canceling the new application?

If after a conversation with your client, and they want to remain on their current plan, the beneficiary would call the new plan and withdraw their enrollment application

With the 48 hour rule - If you use Medizues and then find out one of your clients are changing plans in the next month, would you call them collect an SOA and tell them you'll call them back in 48 hours to discuss if they want to discuss new plan options?

If they are already your existing and active client you can contact them for ongoing plan related business; SOA is not needed. Contact your upline or FMO for further guidance
