When he talks about certain things aligning to get sober at the 26 min mark I felt that. I tell ppl all the time my sobriety started when 5 things lined up together. A lot of ppl just go to rehab must can’t create a plan after and they relapse. I was lucky ever aligned perfectly for my plan to work. Multiple years sober today. I get the same feeling from listening to Brandon talk as I do when I leave a meeting. It makes me feel complete like I’m where I also should have been with the people I always should of been around

I love hearing Brandon’s story. I’ve watched them for about a week straight. He is one of the most absolutely talented people that can speak about addiction the way that he does. He just comes through so eloquent in the way that he speaks about it and it’s so relatable that I’ve honestly never heard someone address it the way he does. “The last thing I tried was the first thing that worked.” Novak is a sobering & shining example of what the past has been and the here & now.

Refreshing to hear Novak have an authentic interview and not the rehearsed speech you can find twenty places. Really appreciate his wisdom. Idk he just clicks either way the way I think so his quotes and stuff really have stuck with me.

Brilliant. I’m a recovering heroin addict and also do the Alcoholics Anonymous program. All fellowships are amazing but I find AA works for myself and I like I believe Brandon does himself by the things he states.

Its his story and exactly what had happened This story is what made me and thousands of addicts to actually want to help ourselves and clean up He dont need to change a thing I hope he keeps doing this

He does I've listened to as many as I can find sometimes he switches it up a little bit and that's okay it hasn't gotten old yet most of them are all around an hour and a half long I'm sure he could ramble on forever but these are good points that sum it up in the amount of time he has

I thought this too at first… but after listening to him in several interviews I think it’s because he just tells it like it really happened and has the whole time. Sure, you can mix it up with different wording or by sharing different little details and experiences each time, but you can only tell the truth so many ways. I would recommend watching his interview on Steve O’s Wild Ride podcast if you want to hear different (and funny) stories from his time in addiction

He's saying it for the people who don't watch every interview he does. He's saying it for the people who want help and who've come across this video by being a fan of the podcast and not him. He's not saying it to us who've watched every interview he's done lol. It's his story and he can say it as many times as he wants

I watch them all lol, but he's not repeating the stories to us, he's telling his story for the first time to the person who came across the video based on their interest on the person interviewing them. While we watch everything he does and know what he's gonna say, it's still interesting to see and listen and know that someone who's never heard this story before is watching relating and hopefully will get help because of it and that's exactly why he tells the same story over and over.
