Simply put, Marc's riding ability in wet and slippery track conditions is just unmatched. Feel is something that cannot be taught, is either you have it or you don't. Let's not forget Marc also overtook some of the best wet riders out there too like Miller and Binder. In contrast, Pecco almost slowed to a crawl when the entire pack caught up, that had nothing to do with his physical condition at that point in the race, may be he was playing safe or he just isn't that level of a wet rider. Either way, even when the track dried, he still wasn't able to retake Marc although he did get close, but in the end he gave up. Bottom line is Marc was able to seize and fully maximized on the opportunity.

3:20 David Alonso was born in Madrid, spanish father, colombian mother, they told him to race as colombian because it's easier to have a non spanish/italian nationality these days, but he speaks like a spanish which is quite different from the colombian accent and I would say impossible to fake nor to learn after a certain age. It would be like asking a Scottish to talk like an Australian 🤔🤔

the ONE AND ONLY GOAT MARC MARQUEZ

Thanks for the cast guys! Never thought I'd see Marc win 2x in a row, also Martin gaining one point in the same weekend. Either podium or crash, but one point?
@bernardoberner4Ай бұрын
If David Alonso is colombian then Franky Morbido is brazilian, which just isnt the case. I mean I commend David for wanting to represent his moms country and all, but hes spanish. Both have south american heritage yes, but theyre not natives. But its cool nonethenless to see many colombians supporting David and him being proud of his heritage

Yeah, the team is also responsible for the strategy & mamaging the riders race too. Martin made the decision, which he will learn from, and still leads the championship with a good chance to extend it next week. But the team should have had a discussion given the uncertainty of the conditions.

Crazy how lil rain u saw certain riders jump up order. Amazing after dried MM93 held back the gp24. Im no MM93 fan, really wish Acosta wldmt have lost his aero he had speed, but what marc did and is doing is impressive. Pecco is introuble when 93 is on equal machinery

I agree 110%, this is appalling team/race management, maybe 25% the Martinator …

Emmett always had a chip on his shoulder about the yellow army and popularity of Valentino Rossi. Here, Dave's bumbling bias and pain are once more evident. Less and less like a Rossi GP. Where did the VR46 riders finish Neil !? Were Emmett and his sock puppets actually at the GP this weekend? Didn't they notice every other fan was wearing yellow, or that for safety reasons there was no MM93 fanclub grandstand? Did he borrow some of Marc's earplugs for the podium ceremony to filter out the whistles and boos?

Is PPP now on youtube only with podcast? Cant find on stitcher anymore.

If the rain had continued that would be called a genius decision. Funny old world!

It seemed to me Martin was so certain that Pecco would pit that lap, or stay out and likely go down, that he didn't ever doubt everyone would come in or wish they had.
@CC-xu2yzАй бұрын
Well, it only took a couple of laps for him to see the error of his decision.

Ship to shore radio? I agree 100%. To hell with that, it will end up a shitshow like F1 which is an engineers race. Ducati will push for it, as the engineers already dictate to the riders how they need to ride the bike.
@CC-xu2yzАй бұрын
It's already becoming that. Hopefully the rules changes will serve to minimize that.

Marquez coming from 9th to 5th in the Sprint was amazing. His win on Sunday was not as thrilling. Martin had 26 points in his pocket. He just had to follow Bagnaia, but he wanted to be a magician... like in Australia last year. Not wise at all.
@CC-xu2yzАй бұрын
Both great rides, but the Sunday win was more impressive to me, especially his pace at the end.

radios ruin f1 we dont want them ruining motogp too. its about the rider and the bike, their judgement is also vital to making a good rider/driver. in f1 a driver doesnt need good judgement, the team can do it for him. pitboards only
@JoeEngineersThingsАй бұрын
I don’t think it was inexplicable at all - Martin and Bagnaia were having to baby the bikes, 2-3 other riders crashed… it was a hasty decision but not unreasonable.

In racing it was really inexplicable .

The radio idea is absolute nonsense. They can stick that in the 🚽🧻🚾

You guys are hilarious. The best moment the weekend was marcs victory on a a bike that's obviously lacking to the others. What does this guy have to do to get some respect from you hacks

I hope Dixon and Roberts both get more wins and get back Into the championship. No matter who wins.. as much as I like Ogura... I dont think him or anyone else going to GP next year will win it. A lot of racing left. Joe and Sergio may have lost form a few rounds while Jake has came on but the rest of the field has been hit or miss. It's still wide open as far as I see. Especially if riders not in the championship start taking big chunks of points. Those top tens might add up.

Still the terrible Spanish accent when saying Jorge Martin 🙄
