I'm so glad I quit collecting a few years ago seeing the prices now days. I miss it sometimes but I think I miss posting videos more than buying stuff all the time. Time with the family sure resonates big for me. Spend that time with the kiddos, the time flies. Great haul dude!

I don't really hunt that much either. I get tired of Targets or Walmarts not having anything in stock. I too mostly order off Amazon etc. Favorite Metallica song is Mater of Puppets. Epic haul as always, Cincy.

I saw a Red Hulk a few months ago here in Nashville. I wasn’t up for spending $40 that day. Have not seen it since. I’ve never seen a single street fighter figure in a retail store. Just this week I’ve stopped hunting myself. Between gas, wasting time driving and other obligations and the convenience of ordering most online, it’s just not worth it to make special trips just for figures. If I am in a store for other purchases of course I’ll look, but I have decided I am no longer going to go specifically for hunts.

Put your Rattler on a tough string from your ceiling ! With a way to unhook it easily, space saved... but man, you are going to have to start to be more selective ! Don't be the kinda of guy who has a rented storage space because he has too much. So glad I didn't go into GI Joe, I love seeing them from afar, but there is just too much and they are so well made and cool... and Hasbro $ucks so much. Neca Predator and Joytoy Warhammer only for me... but I got sucked in the Neca DnD line as well recently. But Neca works slowly, so it works out well

I am in the same boat as you with collecting. I have become very select with what I get. Right now I basically only collect TMNT stuff and Jada toys. Figures that used to be $20 a couple years ago are now $30 plus dollars. And don't get me started on the "premium" domestic figures and their prices. Jada Toys is a godsend and I hope they continue to succeed. I have stopped collecting comic figures all together. I really wished these companies realize that bleeding people for record profits every year will eventually go the other way.

Yeah man I've been looking for the new Venompool and HulkBuster, and all my local Targets say they have them in stock, but when I go...they don't have them. Also my facility at work got shut down for the rest of the year, so no money coming in for me.

I pretty much stopped hunting because our store's never get anything I buy. I hit up Ollie's about once a month, and I have bought some Duplicates for Headswapping Army Building. A couple for World Building like 2 MCU Wongs because I was only going to buy 1 Comics version but I have 3 Marvel Earth's. I also bought extra Okoye's and Nakia's to Army Build a Dora Milaje force. I keep seeing some great stuff other Ollie's get, but we're not. I would definitely buy 2 more Super Adaptoids, another Destroyer, a couple more Monica Rambeau and Doom to use the Dooms as long needed Doombots.

Definitely feel the points you made. I do feel like the trash distribution has helped offset the inflation, may spend more in one swing but it feels spread out. May be me though. I still don’t see how average collectors can be into multiple toy lines. I get some people can budget, but seriously, that’s a lot for anyone. Even with the poor distribution, it still feels overwhelming when you seen teasers for stuff on the horizon. Maybe it’s just fatigue too, IDK.

But yeah that Karai should have at least come with a wired cloth cape even if it wasn't super accurate. She looks great though, Rat King I know is great because I did get him, I don't need another Rat King ever now. I know his wraps can be a pain to set around him nice right. I'm not going to lie, I spent over and hour fussing with them, not easy to do, ya get one side set and then you go to do the other side and bam the other one comes loose. I'm telling you though, get him in the pose ya want and take the time to get them tight around the sections they intended. I saw some acba pic that was Fricken dope but they left the thigh wraps sitting on top of the boot wraps all loose and I was like wow that killed it for me lol. Yeah a nitpick of mine, sorry for the rant, I may have just puffed the devil's lettuce a bit and when I do I get talkative and energetic lol. Loving the pickups and yeah it's crazy I know we are keeping it down to getting the nitty gritty but damn, it's still a lot, and space for it all is also definitely an issue.

I pretty much gave up collecting years ago. Figures are so overpriced it's insane. I saw the Shadow the hedgehog Jakks figure from the movie yesterday and it was $16! as much as I would have enjoyed having it, I just know if this was 2019 it would have been $7. At this point I take any figures price and half it, that's how much these things should be worth right now. And if its a "deal", I need 70-80% off. Plus being in Texas myself, every figure I have ever actually wanted just does not exist in any retail environment. everything is as you say "army scalped" to hell and it's just so annoying. I miss what collecting used to be from 2016-2019.
