Only thing brisbane fits the bill for (and im a lions fan), is not getting pestered by the public about how you are feeling. Players like joe came up here to get away from the melbourne fish bowl, so it could be a big selling point. That being said, not a vic club, max capacity is 36,000 at the gabba. Doesnt really fit what he wants. Maybe he is staying quiet and waiting for one of the finals teams to drop out before he tells everyone where he wants to go

Well, he was also dissappointed with his former club (but for trading reasons; stick with me here), and he's also suffered an injury that 100% would've been traumatic. I mean, he had a brain bleed. That sounds horrific and I wouldn't even wish that on my enemies. Seeing that his injury happened a few years before, he could be further along on the healing journey, and could help Christian to get mentally back on track.
