How do I set up the user for multiple entites/companies? As I understand once the email address is in the Users list, we cannot add another one for different companies/entities

Users need to be added as external user and they need to be assigned with user license

I created one RFQ from Requisition when the RFQ was bidded by vendor portal and accepted, it got updated in PO requisition but I am not able to approve the requisition. Can someone help me out?

@@TechTalks365 it actually works, I tested it not so long ago. There's an option to login using a code (which Microsoft sends to your gmail account) and it works. I am assuming to login to D365 with your outlook account you just use your outlook account's password?

Thanks for valuable knowledge But I have one concern. I have done all setup according to this video all workflow approvals done but user id is not added in User page I am using my personal gmail id to add as vendor

In short, why don’t you use a personal Microsoft account, as indicated in this video, and try again? Try creating a personal Outlook account and use vendor collaboration. You may need to follow a few additional steps to make Gmail work

How to send notifications to vendors when we click "Send" in an RFQ? How do we get notified if a vendor replies with a bid?

yes the F&O will receive the notification in the bell icon , or you can also create power automate flow to trigger a e- mail to the person InCharge if vendor replies
