Are you setting yourself up to help enforce what your dog already knows or are you relying on them to always make the right choice around real world distractions?

I love this, I take my dog a lot of of place because I taught him the rules so it is easy to enforce those rules.

You don’t need the new background music it’s distracting from your message. I’ve watched many many of your older videos. No music please.

I mean when you’re sitting and talking. As background in active videos it fits. Or at least tone the music down. At least make it’s volume lower than your voice please.

Because my wife tells me your her favorite trainer other than me I thought I'd jump on and listen to you. I hope you are open to criticism and will return the favor. But first I'll start with the good. 1. I believe your explanations and choice of words are very descriptive. You can really relate to the intellectual. You look and sound like you know what you are doing and you really care about the animals you work with. That being said I think you are dancing around what dog owners "really need to do." While watching you I find myself saying "hurry up and get to the punch line." In my opinion you are not connecting to the average dog owner. I know you are trying to make them understand by all the examples but your message is being lost in the mistiest of so many explanations. I understand dogs, I train dogs, but listening to you I found your message not clear at all and if I can't find your message clearly then how can the average owner do so? Also, you need to fix your framing of your video. Your eyes should align with the first 1/3 line of the grid. "Watch rule of 3rds." Lastly, the background music is to loud and distracting to really listen. At times the trumpets almost drown out what you are saying. Maybe I'm easily distracted (idk) but I found it really annoying. My IG is theebullco where I post most of my content but we are on fb and YT as well. I hope you find this helpful and not (trolling) this is an honest opinion from one trainer to another.
